DEPOSITS
Hair X Rara requires a $50
non-refundable deposit to be to accepted upon booking. This is in order to secure your appointment with our stylists. The deposit is not an extra charge, but will be used as credit towards your final payment on the day of your appointment. Please note this deposit is for appointments including cut, colour, blowdry, keratin treatments, and styles. For hair extensions, a $120 deposit will be taken per head of extensions.
Again, Hair X Rara asks that you please be considerate of your stylist! Though we understand there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances, we strongly request that you are on time to all appointments. If a client is later than 30mins, that appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Please note that all no-shows will be recorded and it will affect a client's ability to make a booking with us in the future.

CANCELLATIONS
Please be considerate of your stylist when making your appointments. Hair X Rara requires more than 48 hours notice on all cancellations and rescheduling. Your non-refundable deposit will be allocated as credit towards your next service if this minimum notice period is observed. Cancellations made under 48 hours will see the deposit forfeited.
